THE DISTRIBUTION OF MILLIONS of pounds of food
throughout Northeast Louisiana requires significant resources in all
areas. Just like any business, we have to have money to operate a very
extensive distribution system that provides food to thousands of people
throughout the region. We rely heavily on community support to make this
happen. One dollar donated to this food bank enables us to distribute
over six pounds of food, which can feed a family of four almost two
meals.
